Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

We are a family of 5 with a pet dog named winston. We have been living at Ausitn for more than 15 years and call this home. We share our home and hospitality with you to make you feel here your home away from home.
