Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.
Seasonal Note: During the fall months, Austin trees shed their leaves quickly — part of the local charm! We do our best to keep Pool, patios and walkways clear, but a few leaves may greet you now and then. Thanks for embracing the season with us!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We’re a local Austin family of five Kai, Zoe, Sean, Tiffany, Amelia and our friendly dog, Winston. We love welcoming guests into our home and sharing the best of Austin, from its legendary music and amazing food to its unique history.
