✹ PARKING: There is a private garage and driveway available for your use and you’re also welcome to park on the street which can comfortably accommodate up to five cars in total, and there are no permitting or street-cleaning restrictions to worry about.

The home is located in a quiet South Austin neighborhood with easy access to nearby dining, shopping, and main roads. Rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber are readily available if you prefer not to drive, and getting around the area is generally quick and convenient.

Depending on the map service you use, the street name may appear slightly differently. If you notice this, don’t worry—it will still lead you to the correct location. We’ll be sure to share clear check-in directions before your arrival to make everything seamless.

✹ PETS: We welcome pets in our property and the charges will be applied automatically during your reservation.

Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.

Seasonal Note: During the fall months, Austin trees shed their leaves quickly — part of the local charm! We do our best to keep Pool, patios and walkways clear, but a few leaves may greet you now and then. Thanks for embracing the season with us!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
